Assistance with grooming, bathing and dressing, meal preparation, feeding and medication reminders. Assistance with physical activities and range of motion exercises. Assistance with mobility, transportation to grocery store and pickup medication refills. Basic home management activities Setting appointment & escorting as needed Plus any other task the service plan dictates.	Our home care team is led by a dedicated professional registered nurse (RN) with masters in public health specialization in maternal and child health. Our Nurse will: Assess your needs and develop a care plan that meets those needs. Train your PCA staff to ensure competency in meeting your needs. Assure that your health and safety needs are met. Evaluate the effectiveness of your PCA services. Monitor your PCA services periodically & adjust the care plan as your needs change. Our staff speaks English, Arabic, Spanish and Somali. Our employees shall server our clients around the clock to suit our clients' preferred time.
